The Sue Atkins Weekly Parenting Affirmation

December 31, 2010

My friend Nicky bought me a wonderful 2011 calendar from Louise Hay, whom I greatly admire, and I thought I’d share with you the positive affirmation for January.

” I know this will be a happy year! I easily release any old habits that are keeping me tied to the past.

In the beginning of this new year of 2011, I want to move slowly and carefully, making sure that my choices support the new pathways I want to take.

I choose thoughts that make me feel good about myself, as well as others.

I select foods that support my healthy body.

And I make the decision to be with people who enhance my life.

I only attract positive people and uplifting experiences into my life.”

What a great way to begin the year!

Happy New Year and thank you so very much for reading my blogs, and articles, and I wish you joy, peace, fun and laughter with your family in 2011
